Therapy with kind honesty. Direct communication.

You can expect a real conversation. I listen closely, ask questions, make connections, and tell you what I’m noticing—including the things that might be easier to leave unsaid.

There’s room for uncertainty, complicated feelings, and conversations you haven't quite known how to begin.

The relationship is part of the work

A lot of what brings people to therapy happened between people. A family where you learned which feelings were welcome. Trust that got bent somewhere along the way. A partner who keeps reaching for you in a way you keep missing.

Relational therapy pays attention to how those experiences shape the way you connect, protect yourself, and ask for what you need. The relationship between us is part of that work: a place to notice what happens in real time, talk about it honestly, and try something different.

The Main Approaches I Draw From

When part of you wants to change and another part pulls back, we get curious about both. My work is parts-work informed, and I draw on my IFS training alongside other parts-based approaches.
